Directions:

From the North: the easiest method to find the Sports Centre is to exit the A 19 on the A 191 and head towards Whitley Bay. Travel approximately 2 and half miles (before the A 193 roundabout) the Sports Centre is on the right. Car parking is available behind the complex.

Or...... from the South: Travel along the A 1058 (Coast Road) and head towards Tynemouth. At the A 192 junction, turn left and at the A 191 junction, turn right towards Whitley Bay. After approximately 3/4 mile, the Sports Centre is on the right.
